Charles Russell Speechlys successfully advises Europlasma on its restructuring plan
Our Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency team has successfully advised Europlasma on its restructuring plan, alongside Allen & Overy Paris. Europlasma is a publicly listed company on Euronext Growth and parent company of a French group specialising in pollution control.
Europlasma’s restructuring plan was developed with the financial support of Global Tech Opportunities investment fund and was authorised by Europlasma’s shareholders on December 28. Under the terms of the restructuring, Europlasma achieved a 95% reduction in their total net debt.
The team at Charles Russell Speechlys was led by Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency Partner Dimitri Sonier, assisted by Associate Martin Brouard.
