Charles Russell Speechlys advises shareholders of eCommonSense on sale to ECI Software Solutions
Charles Russell Speechlys has advised the shareholders of Merchant Systems Group Limited, trading as eCommonSense on the sale of the company to ECI Software Solutions Limited.
eCommonSense is a technology solutions provider focused on the construction and building materials supply sectors. The company was recognised as best-in-class by the Builders’ Merchant Awards in both 2019 and 2020 and the company’s technology solutions are used by many of the leading merchants across the UK and Ireland.
ECI is an industry leading cloud-based business management software and e-commerce software publisher primarily serving small and medium sized businesses.
