Charles Russell Speechlys advises Wimbledon NeuroCare and Ascot Rehabilitation on the acquisition of a healthcare diagnostic centre.

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised Wimbledon NeuroCare and Ascot Rehabilitation on the acquisition of a healthcare diagnostic centre in New Malden from Harley Street Clinic at The Groves LLP (backed by HCA Healthcare) and related joint venture arrangements.

Ascot Rehab provides high quality, consultant-led and patient focussed adult and paediatric rehabilitation services for those diagnosed with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. Wimbledon NeuroCare provides neurodiagnostic, hearing and balance tests for patients with neurological conditions.

Commenting on the deal, Dr. Almemar from Wimbledon NeuroCare said: “The Charles Russell Speechlys team provided us with excellent legal support, helping us to navigate through the acquisition process on this significant transaction for us”.
