Charles Russell Speechlys advises Puma Property Finance on the funding of a new 150-bed hotel development
Charles Russell Speechlys has advised Puma Property Finance on a GBP23 million investment to fund the development of a new 150-bed “Hampton by Hilton” hotel in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
The hotel is scheduled to complete in April 2021 and will be a landmark feature in the town’s new GBP150 million Handy Cross Hub development.
Managing Director at Puma Property Finance, Kevin Davidson said: “It was great to work with Danny and the wider Charles Russell Speechlys team on this difficult transaction with a number of parties involved and the deal closing during Covid19 lockdown. Charles Russell Speechlys did a great job in pulling the whole legal package together to enable us to complete yet another successful development finance transaction.
