Charles Russell Speechlys advises shareholders of MMRIT on the sale to TiG Data Intelligence
Charles Russell Speechlys has advised the shareholders of Managing Maintenance Resources Holdings Limited on the sale of the company to TIGL Holdings Limited, an award-winning IT digital transformation, data analytics and cloud solutions company.
MMRIT, a professional IT services provider to professional organisations, has been supporting financial services and legal services organisations for 30 years. The combination of MMRIT and TiG Data Intelligence has created one of the largest London-centric providers of expert IT digital transformation and data analytic solutions to financial services and law firms with over 150 employees.
Charles Russell Speechlys’ expertise in the TMT sector enabled the corporate team to deliver expert and bespoke advice to the MMRIT team on the transaction.
