Vivienne Muir, COO at Moore Global, commented on the transaction “Many thanks to Mary, David and the team at Charles Russell Speechlys for their commercially sound and expert legal support throughout this complex project, which was particularly instrumental and mission critical given the tight timeframes to implement such a fundamental reorganisation of our network”.
David Hicks, Corporate partner who led on the corporate governance and restructuring commented: “We were delighted to assist Vivienne and the Moore Global team with achieving the aims they had for the structure and governance of their network, which taking into account the wide and diverse international reach of the advisory network, had many legal intricacies to navigate.
