Charles Russell Speechlys advises Derwent London on £195m building contract with Laing O’Rourke

Charles Russell Speechlys’ construction team has advised Derwent London on its £195m building contract with Laing O’Rourke for the development on top of Tottenham Court Road tube station.  

The development, the biggest building contract Derwent London has placed to date, will comprise offices, retail units and a brand new theatre in a 285,000 sq. ft. development on the corner of Oxford Street and Charing Cross Road, sitting above the new Crossrail station at Tottenham Court Road.

The Charles Russell Speechlys’ team provided specialist advice on the building contract and ancillary documents.
