RealDeals Private Equity awards 2019: Creditcall sale shortlisted for deal of the year
Charles Russell Speechlys are delighted to announce that clients FPE Capital and Bestport Ventures have been shortlisted for UK Small Deal of the Year at the RealDeals Private Equity Awards 2019, for their successful sale of Creditcall to US trade buyer NMI, which is backed by Francisco Partners and Great Hill Partners. Charles Russell Speechlys advised both FPE Capital and Bestport Ventures on the deal.

The Private Equity Awards are the oldest, most respected accolades bestowed on the industry and those that advise it. The winners will be announced at the awards dinner at the Hilton Park Lane on 24th April later this year.
