Charles Russell Speechlys advises Jensen Hughes on the acquisition of leading fire engineering consultancy Jeremy Gardner Associates

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised Jensen Hughes, the global leader in safety, security and risk-based engineering and consulting, on the expansion of its global footprint through the acquisition of Jeremy Gardner Associates, a leading UK and Ireland-based fire safety consulting firm.

JGA has seven offices across the UK and Ireland, with headquarters in London, and will join the more than 70 Jensen Hughes locations globally to better serve clients and provide a more comprehensive approach to their fire and life safety needs. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. JGA has worked on more than 6,000 completed projects, including some of the most complex construction projects in the UK, Ireland and continental Europe, such as the Microsoft campus in Dublin, St James in Edinburgh and Wembley Park in London. Operating from offices throughout North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, Jensen Hughes consulting teams participate on projects in all markets across industries. Jensen Hughes is a portfolio company of Gryphon Investors, a leading private equity firm focused on profitably growing and competitively enhancing middle-market companies in partnership with experienced management teams.
