Charles Russell Speechlys has advised Stonegate Pub Company on its high profile acquisition of national cocktail bar chain Be At One.
Long standing client Stonegate Pub Company acquired Be At One, which operates premium cocktail bars at over 30 sites across London and the UK. Charles Russell Speechlys provided full diligence support across property, corporate, commercial and employment matters to Stonegate. Real Estate Partner Lee Medlock led the team assisted by Corporate Partner David Coates. The wider Charles Russell Speechlys team comprised James Moubray and Alice Mason (Corporate), Mark White (Real Estate), Emma Bartlett, Kirsti Laird and Clare Davis (Employment), Caroline Young and Christina Fleming (Commercial) and Helen Coward and Elliot Michaelson (Tax).
