Charles Russell Speechlys appointed as legal advisors to Hextransforma Healthcare
Charles Russell Speechlys is delighted to announce that we have been appointed as legal advisors to Hextransforma Healthcare, a UK provider of digital healthcare solutions.
Hextransforma Healthcare develop digital healthcare solutions that enable patients to make informed decisions about the types of healthcare they require, the healthcare providers available to them and the most appropriate clinician. The group has recently launched Brit-Med.com, a global patient mobility platform, designed to facilitate the decision making process for patients and allowing them to compare the very best HCP’s, clinicians and procedure prices. Hextransforma are currently embarking on a funding round which will be used for the platform launch in the summer of 2018.
