Charles Russell Speechlys has appointed Melville Rodrigues as a partner with specialist expertise in real estate and funds.
Melville advises on the launch and operation of funds investing in real estate in the UK and on a cross-border basis, and is a leading UK practitioner in formalising secondary trades for institutional investors. He also advises international investors on real estate transactions. Melville brings a strong network of real estate investors, and fund and asset managers to Charles Russell Speechlys.
