Charles Russell Speechlys advises Rockpool Investments on investment in Interact
Charles Russell Speechlys has advised client Rockpool Investments on their investment into training and skill development company, Interact.
Interact offers “practice-based learning” designed to accurately reflect workplace scenarios. Its courses are delivered by theatre-trained actors and are used for leadership development, staff engagement and competence assessment. The company supplies training to institutions such as London Business School and Harvard Business School and has worked with clients including Google, BT and Transport for London.
Rockpool supported a management buy-in led by Ben Benson, who will become chief executive officer of Interact.
John Nicholson, formerly chairman of NCE Group, which Rockpool successfully exited in 2017, will join Interact in a non-executive capacity.
