Charles Russell Speechlys advises Mobeus Equity Partners on Supercarers investment round
Charles Russell Speechlys have advised Mobeus Equity Partners on its investment in SuperCarers, an online platform addressing the acute UK care crisis. Mobeus provided £2.1 million of development capital, leading a £3.8 million investment round, alongside other investors including JamJar Investments and Seneca Partners.
Founded by brothers Adam and Daniel Pike, SuperCarers is an online platform which connects people seeking at-home care with experienced, independent carers. The company will use the additional funding to drive customer numbers through marketing, developing its technology and recruiting a larger team to support growth.
