Charles Russell Speechlys shortlisted at EIS Association Awards 2017
Charles Russell Speechlys has again been shortlisted as Best EIS/SEIS Legal or Regulatory Adviser at the EIS Association Awards (having won the award previously in 2015).
The EIS Association Awards recognise excellence in the EIS and SEIS industry, from start-ups graduating from incubators, all the way up to more established businesses.
Charles Russell Speechlys continue to be one of the few larger city law firms with the capability to provide in-depth and cohesive advice on all aspects of EIS and SEIS matters. Our broad practice includes advising entrepreneurs, family businesses, private individuals, funds and other institutions on all aspects of SEIS and EIS from a tax, regulatory, fund structuring and corporate law perspective.
The Awards will be presented at the Chairman’s Reception at the House of Lords on Tuesday 6th February.
