Charles Russell Speechlys appoints commercial partner with focus on Technology, Media & Telecommunications

Charles Russell Speechlys has appointed Megan Paul as a commercial Partner with specialist expertise in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications sector, effective 2 October.

Jason Saiban, head of the commercial group at Charles Russell Speechlys says: “We are delighted to welcome Megan to the firm as we continue to invest in our services to the TMT sector. Megan has in-depth experience in technology, communications and large-scale complex outsourcing transactions. Her experience both locally and internationally, complements our extensive existing client service offerings.”

Megan was previously at Mayer Brown International LLP where she spent ten years, with secondments to Nomura International plc, Unilever plc and Airbus SAS as well as an international secondment to Mayer Brown's head office in Chicago working for the firm's US client base.
