Charles Russell Speechlys shortlisted for 'Service Provider of the Year' in the Investor Allstars Awards

We are delighted to be shortlisted for Service Provider of the Year for our Venture and Growth Capital work in the Investor Allstars Awards. Organised by GP Bullhound and GrowthBusiness.co.uk, the flagship celebration now in its 15th year has been crowned the ‘Oscars’ and “must attend” event for the European entrepreneurial and investor community.

This award is open to specialist advisor firms across all disciplines that serve the European venture capital industry, including legal advisors, placement agents, venture debt providers, head-hunters and due diligence providers. The judges focused on each firms’ ability to be innovative, creative and adding value in a deal, as well as showing commitment to contribute to the industry.

We have worked for several years with a number Investors who are providing a strong eco-system to enable the growth community to flourish, and are delighted to be part of the same eco-system and to support it with innovative legal solutions. A notable example of this is Kreos Capital investment into Pharming Group N.V., a Dutch company listed on Euronext, which provided an exciting opportunity for our Venture & Growth Capital team to advise on innovative financing options in the equity capital markets.
