Charles Russell Speechlys acts for Rebel Kitchen on its acquisition of Better Fresh Limited
Charles Russell Speechlys has acted for award winning organic drinks producer Rebel Kitchen on its acquisition of a controlling interest in Better Fresh Limited, a producer of coconut water and yogurt products under the brand name “Unoco”. Rebel Kitchen was founded by Tamara Arbib and Ben Arbib and has developed a leading brand, producing its organic diary free coconut ‘Mylk’ drinks. Its products have a global reach, selling across Europe, the US, Australia, China and UAE.
The founders of Better Fresh Ltd are to continue in the business. Commenting on the deal, Ben Arbib, founder and Financial Director of Rebel Kitchen, said: “The deal was run efficiently by the team at Charles Russell Speechlys. We really appreciated their input in maintaining the momentum of the transaction and their commercial approach to the deal”.
