Paperhat Group has expanded its services to include cross-media marketing consultancy; ROMI auditing through-the-line creative services; creative production services and print-production spend management and in addition to CTI Digital and Despark, Paperhat Group recently acquired a majority interest in Grebot Donnelly Associates, a leading communications specialist for the education sector.
Tim Peppiatt, Paperhat Group CEO said:
“This is the third deal we’ve concluded using Charles Russell Speechlys and their work has been exemplary; they are viewed by myself and colleagues as an extension of our own team, not an outside provider. We will almost certainly be working with them again in coming year”.
Charlie Ring commented:
“We are delighted to have completed another couple of deals for the Paperhat Group. We look forward to continuing to work with the Paperhat Group as it pursues its plans for expansion going forward.”
