CMA withdraws penalty notice in JD Sports/Footasylum case

The CMA has withdrawn the penalty notice issued to JD Sports, imposing a fine of £300,000 for not complying with an information request issued in respect of its acquisition of Footasylum. The withdrawal follows JD Sports’ appeal against the issue of the notice. Click here.
