- The CMA has referred the completed acquisition by PUG LLC (viagogo) of the StubHub business of eBay Inc. for an in depth phase 2 merger investigation. Click here.
- The CMA is proposing to refer the proposed purchase by Stryker Corporation of Wright Medical Group N.V., unless the parties offer suitable undertakings in lieu of a reference. The CMA is concerned that the merger could lead to a reduction of competition in the supply of total ankle replacement prosthetics. Click here.
