Court of Appeal upholds CMA decision in information exchange case
The Court of Appeal has upheld a CMA decision which found that Balmoral Tanks had breached competition law by exchanging pricing information with competitors at a single meeting. Click here.
- The European Commission has approved the acquisition of joint control over Andromeda, Nireus and Selonda, all active in aquaculture, by Amerra and Mubadala. The approval is conditional on the divestiture of a remedy package. Click here.
