CMA proposing to refer Rentokil/Cannon Hygiene merger
The CMA has found that Rentokil’s purchase of Cannon Hygiene may reduce competition for businesses buying products and services for washrooms. The CMA is proposing to refer the merger for a detailed phase 2 investigation, unless the parties offer suitable undertakings. Click here.
Secretary of State consults on Fox/Sky undertakings
The Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport has published for consultation undertakings in relation to Fox’s proposed acquisition of Sky. The undertakings have been offered by Fox and Disney for the divestment of Sky News to Disney. Click here.
