CAT refuses permission to appeal in Pfizer/Flynn Pharma case
The Competition Appeal Tribunal has refused permission for the parties to appeal its decision in the Pfizer/Flynn Pharma excessive pricing case. The CAT has also confirmed the remittal of the issue of abuse to the CMA for reconsideration. Click here.

- The European Commission has approved the acquisition by Total Produce of joint control over Dole. Both companies supply bagged salads, bananas and other fresh fruit and vegetables. The approval is conditional on the divestment of Dole's bagged salad business in Sweden. Click here.
