Charles Russell Speechlys publish second edition of The Book of Commercial Awareness
Following the success of the first edition launch last year, the Charles Russell Speechlys Commercial team is pleased to publish the The Book of Commercial Awareness: 2017, a reference manual for in-house counsel containing concise and practical guidance on recent legal developments affecting commercial contracts.
The publication reflects our commitment as a firm to share with our in-house clients and contacts.
‘The Book’ pulls together, in one place, some of the last year’s most interesting judicial decisions, focusing on developments which have a direct impact on the drafting, negotiation and interpretation of commercial contracts. The structure of each case discussion identifies the background issue, what is new from the case and, perhaps most importantly, the practical impact and 'take away' for use in commercial contracts.
For further information, please contact David Berry, editor, or your usual Charles Russell Speechlys contact.
