Intercontinental Exchange appeals CMA prohibition decision
Intercontinental Exchange has appealed to the Competition Appeal Tribunal the CMA’s decision to prohibit its completed acquisition of Trayport. The CMA prohibited the merger on the basis of vertical concerns. Click here.
