The Daily Express interviews Tamasin Perkins on season four of Succession

As season 4 of the hit HBO television show Succession continues, Tamasin Perkins, Partner in the Firm's Private Wealth Disputes team, was interviewed by the Daily Express on recent developments in the series and predictions for future episodes.

In the show, questions recently arose over handwritten / hand-amended wills, and whether they can or should be legally relied upon. Tamasin covers this in her interview, alongside other topics.

"In England, the rule is if you can’t tell from a document what you’re meant to do then you’re allowed to look at all the surrounding evidence," Tamasin explains. "For Kendall that doesn’t really look very good".

"[The court] would think it’s more likely that [Kendall's name on the will] was crossed out than underlined.”
