Jonathan McDonald provides comment for City AM on the Data Reform Bill announced in the Queen's Speech

In the Queen's Speech it was announced that the government is to depart from the existing General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act.

Partner, Jonathan McDonald provides comment for City AM on the government’s new proposals.

He says that while it “smooths the process” in terms of direction, “the government is yet to set out its position”.

Jonathan's comments first appeared in CityAM. His quotes also feature in Computer Weekly.
