Charity Connect: our legacy workshop series
Our free legacy workshop series is designed to give charity legacy officers the tools to enable them to deal with their caseloads with confidence, through interactive discussion, real life scenarios and take home desk reference guides.
The workshops will cover the day-to-day as well as trickier issues that legacy officers encounter, touching upon recent developments to bring you up-to-date.
There is also an opportunity for networking and to catch up with others in the sector over breakfast.
In this workshop we will focus on a comprehensive guide to 1975 Act claims including recent case law on standstill agreements and applications out of time.
