An evening with Pen Hadow: Hero of the Environment
2018 saw an overwhelming rise in awareness of the very real threat human behaviour poses to our environment. Images of our plastic-filled oceans inspired millions to change the way we use and reuse, as world leaders vowed to make a difference.
In pursuit of our own implementation of environmentally sustainable business practices, we are delighted to welcome Pen Hadow, Time Magazine's "Hero of the Environment", to our London office on 27 March 2019.
As the only explorer to have trekked solo from Canada to the North Pole and a leader of scientific research missions, Pen has seen the impact climate change is having on the arctic sea ice. As well as sharing his fascinating experiences with us, we will consider together how we as individuals, and as businesses, can begin to tackle the unprecedented risks of rising global temperatures.
Date / Time: 27 March 2019 / 18:00 - 21:00
