GDPR in the Spotlight: Dealing with a data breach
With the EU General Data Protection Regulation now in effect, there are some key changes which businesses should be paying particular attention to.
Companies need to be prepared for when (not if) they face a data breach, and should be aware of the new accountability and greater responsibility requirements that the GDPR brings. According to the Information Commissioner, this represents the new regime’s “biggest change”.
