Webinar series: IP and social media
Despite Facebookâs recent announcement that it will show users more content from friends and family and less from publishers and brands, social media platforms remain a key tool for creating and maintaining brand identity. However, their use raises numerous IP related issues.

This is part of a series of three webinars all addressing issues affecting specific areas of IP law.
