Business Seminar: Building growth and resilience internationally

We will be a hosting a breakfast workshop jointly with the Caribbean Council and Price Bailey and with guest speaker, Lord Ahmad, the British Foreign Office Minister for the Caribbean.

There is no shortage of proposals and ideas to assist in the economic development of Trinidad and Tobago. However, achieving diversification and building resilience as means of driving growth can be elusive.

Taking an international perspective, we are keen to support you with a fresh look at the opportunities for growth and the structures that are open to you. Amongst other things, the team will consider:

  • Strategic partnering and the use of M&A and joint ventures
  • Raising capital internationally
  • Recent changes to international trade and development policies and the implications for Trinidad & Tobago
  • We will also discuss how international partnerships can be managed and means of resolving disputes.

Charles Russell Speechlys and the Caribbean Council have supported Caribbean corporates and governments for a number of years to encourage growth in the region. Our wealth of experience, together with our local network, means that we have a strong understanding of the culture and how to take advantage of opportunities relevant to Trinidad and Tobago. We are pleased to be joined at this event by Lord Ahmad and the award-winning international accountancy firm, Price Bailey.
