Insolvency update seminars
We are pleased to announce our next insolvecy updates will take place on Wednesday 11 October in London and Thursday 12 October in Guildford.
The seminars will be of particular interest to insolvency practitioners, lenders and anyone with an interest in corporate recovery generally.
We will cover a wide variety of issues relevant to the insolvency industry with a general update looking at whether insolvency practitioners can litigate against the wishes of creditors, set off in asset-based lending, recent cases on s127 and s236 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and the use of Notices of Intention to Appoint. We will also look at recent developments in international insolvency law and enforcement abroad in light of Brexit.
