min readCharles Russell Speechlys acted for Myriad Group, owners of Caring Homes (a leading UK care provider), on its acquisition of Parklands Care Homes, one of the largest independent care providers in the north of Scotland with 13 care homes across the Highlands, Moray and Aberdeenshire.
Founded in 1994 by Helena and Paul Jeffery, Caring Homes already operates 21 homes across England and Scotland. The acquisition of Parklands Care Homes strengthens the Group’s presence in Scotland, uniting two values-led, family-founded care providers.
