min readCharles Russell Speechlys advised a Milan-based startup specialising in asset tracking and smart mobility solutions, in a €1.09 million seed round fundraising.
The funding included participation from Acceleratore ARGO (part of CDP Venture Capital SGR's national accelerator network), the National Centre for Sustainable Mobility (MOST), and over 30 angel investors coordinated by Stefano Ceci (Stesodado Mentor Capital).
The round marks the completion of Ulisses' research and development activities in the Internet of Things sector, which led to the European patenting of a proprietary technology based on low-power 2.4 GHz networks, designed to ensure precision, operational continuity and reliability even in complex industrial and logistics contexts.
It will allow Ulisses to accelerate commercial growth, strengthen its team and continue to invest in the development of its technology.
The team advising Ulisses on this seed round was led by Milan-based Corporate Partner Annapaola Negri-Clementi, supported by Corporate Senior Associate Arianna Leonardelli.
