Charles Russell Speechlys advises the shareholders of Pooky Lighting on its acquisition by leading US lighting company Visual Comfort & Co.
min readCharles Russell Speechlys has advised the shareholders of Pooky Lighting, a British decorative lighting brand founded in 2014 and debuted in the US two years ago.
This partnership will introduce Pooky to a broader audience through the reach of the Visual Comfort platform as well as allowing Visual Comfort & Co. to expand their portfolio of styles and price points.
Pooky will remain independent, and no changes are currently planned for its customers, partners or operations. Pooky lighting products will now be available through Visual Comfort & Co.’s U.S. trade and showroom network; later this summer, select Pooky products will be showcased in Visual Comfort & Co.’s direct showrooms.
