Lauralu is a French group specialising in the design, manufacture and marketing of demountable metal-and-fabric buildings. Available for rent or purchase, these turnkey structures are delivered within very short timeframes and can be adapted to any sector of activity, offering a flexible and cost-effective solution to support businesses in their development. Building on this unique positioning, the Group has established itself as a leading player in the French temporary structures market.
The Charles Russell Speechlys Paris team, led by Stéphane de Lassus and Guillaume Ferrand, partners in the Private Equity and Tax team, assisted by associates Guylain Lucas and Xavier Himbert, advised the Group's founder Olivier Hohn and around fifteen managers in connection with their reinvestment in the acquisition holding company majority-owned by Eurazeo.
This transaction marks a decisive step in the development of the Lauralu Group, which will now benefit from the support of Eurazeo's teams to accelerate its international growth and strengthen its positioning in the metal structures manufacturing market.
