Charles Russell Speechlys wins ‘Best Law Firm for Training’ at the Legal Cheek Awards 2026

Charles Russell Speechlys is proud to announce it has won the ‘Best Law Firm for Training’ award at the Legal Cheek Awards 2026.

The Legal Cheek Awards are an annual event celebrating top law firms and barristers' chambers, based on feedback from thousands of trainees and junior lawyers. They honour firms in over 20 categories, including training, quality of work, peer support, and work-life balance. The 2026 awards ceremony took place on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at King’s Place, London.

The Firm was long-listed in eight categories total, short-listed in three and received the third-highest number of nominations of any firm. Categories in which the Firm was short-listed include:

  • ‘Best Law Firm for Quality of Work’
  • ‘Best Law Firm for Peer Support’
  • ‘Legal Cheek Firm of the Year’
