Charles Russell Speechlys advises TXT e Solutions on acquisition of FasThink
min readCharles Russell Speechlys has advised TXT e‑Solutions S.p.A., an Italian IT company listed on Euronext STAR Milan, on its investment agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of FasThink S.r.l., a company specialised in software solutions and industrial automation systems.
The acquisition strengthens TXT’s positioning in the industrial segment, enhancing technological and commercial synergies and expanding its portfolio of high‑margin solutions. FasThink’s results have been consolidated within TXT’s Smart Solutions division as of 1 April 2026.
