Charles Russell Speechlys advises RYDGE Conseil on its acquisition of Fiduciaire Cabexco and Cabexco Proactive

Charles Russell Speechlys Luxembourg advised French advisory and accounting firm RYDGE Conseil on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Fiduciaire Cabexco S.à r.l. and Cabexco Proactive S.à r.l., two Luxembourg-based fiduciary services companies.

RYDGE Conseil is the leading consulting partner for entrepreneurs and executives in France. With a nationwide network of 200 offices and 4,500 professionals, RYDGE Conseil supports nearly 100,000 clients through integrated expertise in accounting, HR, tax, legal, wealth management and financial and operational consulting.

This transaction marks the expansion of RYDGE Conseil outside of France.

The team advising RYDGE Conseil on the due diligence was led by Tax Partner and Head of the Luxembourg office Yacine Diallo, Corporate Partner Victor Regnard, Corporate Principal Associate Jean Rollin, Corporate Senior Associate, Clément Missey, Corporate Junior Associate Lea Pierson, Tax Principal Associate Alexis Urbin-Choffray, and Tax Associate Laure Cousin.
