Charles Russell Speechlys advised the sellers and management team of the Cubitt House pub group on the sale to Young & Co’s Brewery

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised the sellers and management team of Cubitt House pub group on its sale to Young’s & Co, a pub group with more than 200 establishments across London and the south of England.

The acquisition will see the London-based pub and hotel operator’s eight leasehold pubs, all of which are located in west London, added to Young’s Estate.
