Charles Russell Speechlys advises Kinly Care on the acquisition of two premium care homes

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised Kinly Care on its acquisition of two care homes in the Midlands, a strategic move that expands Kinly Care’s footprint, strengthening its presence in the region and enhancing its range of services within the UK’s elderly care sector.

This deal expands Kinly’s portfolio with high-quality homes to promote ongoing growth and uphold their dedication to outstanding care services. This deal marks the second deal in three months completed by Charles Russell Speechlys for Kinly Care.
