Charles Russell Speechlys advises Global Strategy on the sale of its advisory business to ABC Company
Charles Russell Speechlys today announces that it has advised international management consulting and corporate finance Global Strategy on the sale of its “Management Consulting and Corporate Finance” business to consulting firm ABC Company.
The deal aims to strengthen ABC Company’s Advisory Area by integrating the expertise of Global Strategy’s professionals in strategic, financial, and industrial consulting to support extraordinary transactions, preparation of industrial plans, organic and external growth paths, optimisation of the financial structure of portfolio companies and third-party clients.
The transaction also includes the reinvestment of part of the proceeds by Global Strategy’s partners into ABC Company.
