Charles Russell Speechlys advises on the sale of Colpac Limited to Sabert Corporation

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised the shareholders of family business, Colpac Limited, on its sale to Sabert Corporation.

Colpac is a leading UK-based manufacturer of sustainable paperboard packaging solutions for the food-to-go foodservice and industrial markets. Founded in 1937, Colpac has built a strong reputation for its innovation, quality, and customer service across its extensive range of food packaging solutions. It has remained family-owned for generations and the company’s strong brand was developed over many years.

This deal is a significant milestone for both the family and Colpac, marking the beginning of a new chapter in the company’s growth, a renewed commitment to sustainable innovation and the continuation of the family’s legacy. The combination of Colpac with Sabert allows for expansion as well as strengthening design, agility, enhancing UK-based manufacturing capabilities, and a stronger platform for sustainable innovation.
