Charles Russell Speechlys has advised the majority sellers of long-standing client, Portas Consulting, on the sale of the company to CAA Sports, a division of Creative Artists Agency, a major LA-headquartered entertainment and sports agency.

This deal will support Portas’ rapid expansion and its mission to create a world leading end-to-end advisory business.
