Charles Russell Speechlys today publishes episode three in its second series of the ‘Client Conversations’ podcast, hosted by Managing Partner, Simon Ridpath, and other lawyers from around the Firm. This episode, Simon is joined by Richard Davies, Commercial Partner and Head of Sport, and seasoned brand marketing executive Giles Pocock, Vice President of Brand Marketing at high-end audio equipment maker Bowers & Wilkins.

Giles Pocock comments:

I thoroughly enjoyed taking part in this podcast and it was great to cover so much ground relating to my sector. It is a privilege to market a company making such world-class products and I very much see myself as a ‘custodian’ of the Bowers & Wilkins brand. We had some really interesting discussions – for example around the importance of staying loyal to the heritage of a brand whilst at the same time not alienating audiences, even in the face of rapid technological change. A big thank you to the Charles Russell Speechlys team for inviting me onto the episode.

Simon RidpathManaging Partner, adds:

It was rather fitting for an episode all about partnerships and brands to interview a client that we ourselves so enjoy partnering with. Bowers & Wilkins is a prestigious brand and an important client, and Giles is full of insights not just on the audio equipment sector but also on the business and marketing world more broadly.
