Charles Russell Speechlys advises Puma Growth Partners on its lead investment as part of a $4.3 million funding round for finance-focused legal AI specialist, Semeris
Charles Russell Speechlys has advised long-standing client Puma Growth Partners on its investment into Semeris, a legal AI specialist that combines AI and human expertise to help financial institutions streamline legal document analysis and meet compliance standards.
This investment will strengthen Semeris’ sales team and facilitate its expansion into new asset classes and meet the growing demand for GenAI solutions in structured finance. The investment will also drive the growth of Semeris beyond CLOs and ABS/MBS into other asset classes and document types.
