Charles Russell Speechlys maintains strong Tier 1 showing in Legal 500 UK Solicitors Rankings 2025

Charles Russell Speechlys today announces its continued recognition as a top-tier Firm in the Legal 500 UK Solicitors 2025 guide, maintaining Tier 1 rankings across 21 different legal categories.

Fifteen of our lawyers were awarded new accolades, with 92 lawyers ranked in total. 19 of our lawyers are now listed in the ‘Hall of Fame’, compared to 18 last year and we have also seen an increase in the number of 'Leading Associates' listed, from 19 to 21, indicating a positive trajectory and strong pipeline of emerging legal talent in the Firm. As a Firm, we upheld robust rankings across 70 different legal categories.

The rankings form one of the leading guides to law firms and solicitors. They reflect months of analysis and interviews, and the review of tens of thousands of submissions to “select the very best lawyers and law firms in the UK”. Legal 500 also canvasses the views of more than 40,000 GCs and clients for the rankings.

Simon Ridpath, Managing Partner, comments:

We are immensely proud not only to maintain all of our Tier 1 rankings but also to see fifteen of our lawyers at a range of different levels receive new rankings. Their hard work in delivering the best possible service to clients has enhanced our reputation and made us a stronger Firm. I want to thank each and every one of our lawyers for their continued contributions to our Firm. Their recognition is well-deserved.

Year-on-year, we strive to enhance our service, build on our expertise, and deepen our client relationships. It is always rewarding to see these efforts recognised through new accolades across many different categories.

I would also like to thank all our clients for their continued trust and support.
