Charles Russell Speechlys advises Nortal on its acquisition of 3DOT Solutions

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised Nortal, a strategic innovation and technology company headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, on a second UK transaction in 12 months, the acquisition of 3DOT Solutions, a UK cyber security consultancy and a certified supplier to the UK Armed Forces and Intelligence Services.

This deal allows Nortal to strengthen their footprint in the UK as well as boosting cybersecurity and defence business in Europe, the US and the GCC. 3DOT Solutions is a well-established consultancy that is committed to delivering end-to-end cyber security solutions for private and public sector customers. It will join with Nortal’s global team to offer a wide range of services to address the growing demand for cybersecurity services globally.
